• 5 Potatoes – 1 Inch Cubes

• 2 Cups Water

• 1 Can Rotel Tomatoes

• 1 Packet Onion Soup Mix

Directions:

Add all the ingredients to a 5-qt. slow cooker. Stir to combine well then cover and prepare on low for four to five hours or until everything is tender. Provide and luxuriate in.

Ingredients:

• 1 Medium Onion – Diced

• 1 Can Rotel Tomatoes

• 1 Can Tomato Sauce – 15 Oz. Size

• 1 Can Dark Red Kidney Beans – Drained

• Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper – All to Taste

• 1 To 2 Fresh Jalapeños – Chopped

Optional for serving:

• Sour Cream

• Diced Onion

• Cheddar Cheese

• Finely Chopped Fresh Jalapeños

• Hot Pepper Sauce

Directions:

Heat a skillet on medium heat then include the ground chili beef and the onion that is diced. Cook the beef until it has browned and the onions have softened. Then to a large pot that is hot the beef and onion mixture. To the pot, add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Allow the mixture to come to a boil then reduce the heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for 20 minutes to allow the flavours to combine. To serve, ladle some into a bowl and top with condiments or eat it as is.
